Wrong HP warranty after Product code is entered and a warranty scan was initiated

Hi,
 
following issues occured today in Desktop Central (Build 80234):
 
Today a have put in some product codes for some of our HP machines to get the warranty from HP imported.
Most of the machines now show the correct warranty expiring date but some machines show a wrong date.
 
When i check the warranty for those machines directly with HP's Warranty Check Website the date is displayed correct, but Dekstop Central is getting a wrong date by the scan.
 
How can this appear?
