Wrong Graph and Reports

Could you help me to customize my Graphs and reports please ? I need to have Graphical Reports with 5 Min candles but it's fixed to one hour . another problem is about customizing time period of showing graphs . If I filter it to yesterday or customize it for a specific period , it again show TOday ,
