Please help me with my problem with ServiceDesk Plus, after restarting the service, the service was not started, see the event log:

 

Unclean shutdown of previous run.
PM Installation failed. Please contact the support team.
Failed to start the server. Please refer logs for more details
JVM exited unexpectedly.
There were 10 failed launches in a row, each lasting less than 300 seconds.  Giving up.
 There may be a configuration problem: please check the logs.
