Does anyone else have the issue that if a workstation is renamed the ServiceDesk app does not update the record with the new machine name?
One would think the app can tell via MAC, IP, Dell Service tag that it is the same machine.
I am just worried when we roll this out full scale any calls associated with the asset will be lost because it creates a new asset instead of just updating.
