Currently we starting to test adding worklog to a ticket with the associated cost per hour. The specialist with whom we are testing only gets request from other specialist. So all his requests are linked to a parent request.
The problem we have is that even though when he adds the worklog to his request and checks the box " add to linked request " it is not being added to the parent request hence all cost is translated to the other specialist and not the customer
any help will be appreciated
