Worklog improvements
Just an idea for the worklog function...
Would it be possible to have a button that starts a worklog and a timer on it? The technician clicks "I'm working on this" (or whatever) and the timer starts, (the job changes status to "In Progress"?) and a new worklog is created with the start time. On finishing, the technician clicks "I've finished" and gets asked for what work they did. The worklog is then finalised, with the start time, the elapsed time and the finished time.
