We have upgraded to ServiceDeskPlus v14600 from 14201. After the upgrade all worklogs descriptions are truncated when viewing the ticket. The previous version showed the full worklog description enabling easy viewing of the steps completed. It is possible to view the details by hovering over the description field but this isn't useful when trying to view multiple worklogs and the different steps completed.

I cannot find a way to customise the view to show the complete description.

Is this a bug/feature and is there any way to revert to showing the full description?
