Working Hours Notification
I'm currently using an evaluation copy of SupportCentre Plus, testing out its various features and capabilities. there is one feature that i cannot find yet, which is sending a response mail indicating that our offices are closed at the moment when a request is made through the customer (by email or form) off working hours.
is this feature available? if yes where do i find it?
