Are there any guides for setting up workflows?
I'd like to set up a simple request workflow for software licence purchasing. User requests a licence for say, Visio, their line manager gets to approve/decline the request and store the answer in SDP. If declined the ticket is closed. If approved the ticket goes to someone to purchase the license.
It would be super neat though if you could also trigger an automatic installation of the software in Desktop Central.
