Workflow to run SQL statement or execute script to run SQL statement

I would like to create service requests in my in-house ticketing system based on alarms from OpManager. My current monitoring system executes a sql add statement using an ODBC connector on the monitoring system and populates the fields with values from the alarm. Is something similar to this possible within OpManager?
