I haven't been able to find a solution for the following workflow we would like to implement, so if anyone has an idea, please let me know;
We're running AD manager with MS 365 integration, but with our AD as the primary source (so the automation can both be done in AD and in MS 365, if one is easier that the other).

We would like to create an automation so when the user account is expired it is renamed from USER_NAME to DATE_USER_NAME and then converted to a shared mailbox. The conversion to a shared mailbox is no problem but the part of renaming by prepending the current date to the name before I haven't been able to crack.
