Workflow: pre-approve password for a scheduled change
Hi All,
I am evaluating PMP for our company.
I would like to know PMP can handle this kind of workflow or not.
An IT staff have to perform a change during weekend, let say Sunday 21:00-22:00. He needs a root password.
He request the root pwd on PMP, specified change window Sunday 21:00-22:00. His manager approved it during office hour. Approval notification sent to requestor's mailbox.
PMP will not release password to him until Sunday 21:00. After 22:00 PMP reset the root password.
Could PMP support this workflow?
