Hi, 

We have a requirement for a process to follow when a certain request is raised, firstly the request needs to be automatically assigned to a certain person, then once they have completed their task, the request is assigned to another person, then once they have completed their task it goes for final approval. 

Is there a possibility to build a workflow to automate these tasks in this service request?
