I added the workflow for the server that if a process goes down, let workflow restart it. 

But it did not work. 

I tried the when there is a alarm 'process SNMP.exe down', check the status of snmp.exe process and restart. 

it did not work. (checking worked, but did not start the snmp.exe process)

also, another workflow is

When there is a alarm 'windows service SNMP service down', check the status of 'snmp service' and restart. 

(checking worked, but did not start the snmp.exe service)
