Workflow Approval notifications are not being sent. However, Created & Rejected notifications are being sent.
I'm having an issue with Approval Notifications. When a request is approved, it is not sent to the Requestor and email addresses specified. However, requestors & technicians receive Created & Rejected emails just fine.
Work Flow Setup: Requestor --> Approver --> Active Directory
