Workflow Approval notification to other requesters
Hello,
Is there a way to auto send/notify other requester regarding an approved service? Currently, from what I know, once and approver approves, only the requester that submitted the service request receives an email notification. I would like to add other recipients to be notified. Let me know if this is possible or if there is a workaround. You help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
