Hi,

we updated one of our instances from 14700 to 15340. Unfortunately the option to sort for manual created single line fields has been removed as from the chanelog from 14900:

14900: Sorting for Single line fields has been removed from the request list view.

What is the best workaround for this? We tried it with a report but that does not work for our users as they need it in one view and with colors.

Are there any other possibility?
