Work Order error
A few days ago I am having problems closing incidents were Open or OnHold.
I've been watching the server logs, and I found a java error that is repeated several times:
java.sql.SQLException: Error converting to convert a string to datetime.
I do not know how to fix it, to see if I can give some clue. :roll:
