Work log / time spent information per support group
In SDP, there is a ChargesTable which includes time spent information. As far as I can see, the charge is only associated to the technician, not to the support group. Our challenge is to identify what has been charged by a specific support group.
We can identify the group by joining a few tables. However, there is an issue in case the technician moves from support group A to support group B. How can we still identify that the work was done by group A and not by group B?
