Hello,

Is the work log area searchable?  Many of our technicians include in the work log what utilities/programs they ran to solve a problem, but they don't want that information visible to the requesters (hence why it's not entered in the description/resolution).  I've already read that the notes area is not searchable at this time.  What about the work log?
