Work Flow Process
We have multiple citrix servers that our users come in on through a terminal service. We often get messages that say a process has hit our threshold and lists the top three processes. We want to see who the owner of the process is and email us. What tech support told me to do was go into workflow and set it up there. I have looked around, but don't see where I can do that.
