Words not understood by internal spell check left RED

Words not understood by internal spell check left RED

This occurs in both the Solution and Ticket aspects of the product. You have to manually click leave-as-is on every word that the dictionary does not understand.

If you do not it leaves the words RED even if they are correct. These red words are then saved to the call or solution and emailed to the user.

Is this a known bug?
