Hi,
Sorry for *another* "Won't Start" conversation but I've been through everything on this site and elsewhere on t'Web.
I've got a fresh install of the free version of ServiceDesk which is now refusing to start. MySQL is running and if I run changeDBServer.bat it connects happily.
Running run.bat from CMD gives me the following output:
C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\bin>run.bat

There are a couple of things that I notice in this output. Starting from the top:
1: 'MySQL' is not recognized as an internal or external
command,
operable program or batch file.
2: Double backslashes wherever the bin folder is mentioned.
3: Could Not Find C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\bin\jndi.properties

4: Cannot run program
"C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\mysql\\bin\mysqladmin":

It was running happily last night. I restarted the box this morning and since then, nothing but these errors. When I start the software from the desktop it sits (like so many others have mentioned) at the "Application Layer Started" splash screen.
What have I done to screw this up so badly? It was fine yesterday!
Win Server 2008 R2 Standard, MySQL Community Edition 5.6.21.1
I can't find the version of ServiceDesk but it was downloaded from the main site yesterday (27/10/2014).
Thanks in advance for any help that you might be able to offer.
Matt
