WMI Problems - Access Denied
Hi,
We are currently evaluating OPManager and have had great success up to a point. I have been able to add and manage several servers except for one which is our Exchange server. Regardless of any steps followed I cannot get any WMI Resource Monitors to work. I still get the "Access Denied" error.
I have followed extensive documentation on WMI troubleshooting and the troubleshooting steps available when you follow the link (located next to the error on the top of the page). As well as searching through this forum and trying numerous Microsoft KB articles. From all indications WMI is working, I can successfully coonect using the "net use \\server\admin$ etc etc. and I have tried the WMI monitor "Free Space in GB" so that I can verify the user credentials all to no avail.
Considering that this is one of the most important servers to monitor I'm now at a loss and due to the hours spent on this one issue I am being asked to can the evaluation and move on to another product.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
