WMI monitors with OPManager 7

I am currently testing OPManager for feasibility usage in a LAN environment.
In the previous OPManager 6, you can select WMI to use for the MSSQL monitor. However, in 7.0, there is no indication of WMI or SNMP used for the MSSQL monitor.
The environment does not allow for usage of SNMP which is why this will be of concern to us. Also, are we still able to purchase licences for 6.0 rather than 7.0?
Finally, can we purchase the MSSQL addon to the free version as we do not require the professional version (less than 20 nodes and no auto discovery).
