Hi, we have changed our domain administrator password, also changed it's credentials in OPmanager and it passes the test, but wmi monitors are giving us " The Monitor did not respond to the test request " message.

It happens not on all servers, but only on some Terminal Servers which are running on ESX hosts.

 

To be more specific:

for a given server we have such results:

WMI CPU Utilization is not working

WMI Memory Utilization is not working

WMI Free Disk space in GB is not working

Total Sessions - Windows Terminal Server is working.

It might be coincidence, but those first 3 monitors stopped working around the same time when I added Total Session monitoring.

 

On the other machine however neither of the above monitors work, both Terminal Servers are in the same domain on the same ESX host.
