I have a W2003 SP1 server setup as a Windows 2003 monitor using WMI - all OK - CPU, Memory and Disk reporting every 5 minutes.
Today I tried to setup teh server as a Windows Performance Counters monitor. I used a local administrator account for the username and password.
The monitor is created OK - but when I click Add Attributes and error is returned "There are no WMI Performance Counter Classes in the Host, subclassing Win32_PerfFormattedData"
Oh my. I stopped and started WMI using 'net stop winmgmt' and ''net start winmgmt' but the same result. The stop and start seem normal.
