In order to properly manage all my servers i have created 2 Server templates (Servers Dell and Servers HP) including standard monitoring (CPU, Memory, Disk Utilization, etc.) adding particular monitors for the vendor hardware.

I cannot add the WMI credentials to the servers using the Custom templates. I cannot add in the Dashboard (the WMI list is empty). Also through the Credentials assignment doesn't work. This is also the reason for which i cannot add Windows Services to the servers in these categories. All works fine as long as the server is under Default Template (Windows 2003, Windows 2008, etc.).

Any what i have done wrong and how can i add WMI credentials?

P.S.: I believe this is related to the other post i just made about not having certain monitor categories in the dashboard!
