WMI Access Denied

Hi. I just bought AppManager and now currently setting up the configs.

I have several standalone Win2K and Win2K3 servers, all with different administrator passwords. In particular, I need to monitor 2 Win2000 (say A and B) and 1 Win2003 (say C) servers.

I have no issue when setting up System Monitoring using WMI to server B and C. However, when setting up server A, I always get authentication failed.

I tried to use WMI Control from MMC to connect from my monitoring server to server A, and I get this error:

Failed to connect to \\10.0.2.48
because "Win32: Access is denied."

What settings in server A that prohibits me from connecting using WMI? Why I have no issue with Server B and C?
