WMI Access

Hi,

when I tried to configure a windows monitoring by WMI AppManager return an error with this message

Kindly check whether the RPC Server is running in the System.Also check whether the selected OS Type is correct. Refer Troubleshooting for more reasons and solutions for them.

The RPC and WMI services is running, if I try to connect via telnet from the server where run AppMananger to the server that I want to monitor (port 445 for WMI and port 135 for RPC) I heaven't any problem.

Any suggestion?
