Wish List Items - Additional / user-definable info fields

Hi there. Today we shared read-only access of OpManager with our Customer Support staff. One of the suggestions which came from them, was fields of information which they currently are used to seeing, with another management software.

Related to outtage notifications which they are used to getting from the other software, they see:
-Facility Name (location of device)
-Street Address
-Contact information (the user they can call to confirm status, contact address, contact phone number)
- Other fields which can be sorted, searched etc.,

I could see a lot of benefit from being able to add up to X number of information fields onto the Device snapshot, and including those fields of information on notification profiles (selectable).

For instance we have a number of VM Servers which host many servers. It'd be a good reminder when there is an outtage etc, that the server is hosted on SuchAndSuch VM Server.

Contact information for our purposes might include Application Contacts and Hardware Contacts (switches/routers could include Telco phone numbers etc.).

The other day for example an application had problems, Customer Service routed the issue to the NTServer Group, the application however is hosted on the mainframe, which involves another group, and had this only been the web interface into the mainframe-hosted database, then it might have needed to be forwarded onto the applications group(s).

Anyhow in a nutshell my request is for more fields of information, customizable etc., Cramming information into the Device Details just isn't adequate.
