I have a number of laptop users who have XP Pro (SP2) installed on their machines. As they are mobile I need to have their Windows Firewall active so that they can use hotspots, etc whilst out of the office.
With the firewall on (and set with defaults) OpManager doesn't appear to be able to see them.
What port(s) need to be opened in order for OpManager (& other AdventNet software - ServiceDesk) to see these machines?
