Windows Service Monitor in down state
I recently upgraded from version 6 to version 7. It appears everything went fine but when I tested the system I see problems. I stopped a service on one of my servers. When I click on the device in OpManager the Windows Service shows as Down but the Device Status is Clear. I have played around with Notification profiles and Escalation settings but nothing is working. Can someone please let me know what to do so I don't have to restore my ghost image.
