I have an issue where a windows service alarm would come on (the purple ones), but either it is a false alarm or it clears back up, but in OPManager it will still show the alarm. Even when you go on the specific device in OPmanager you see the alarm ie. " Windows NT Service Automatic Updates is Down" but the service is started.

The alarms don't clear out by themselves when the issue is fixed, or when OPmanager notices that the issue is no longer there.
