Windows Server 2012 R2 monitoring

Do anyone have a tutorial for setting up monitoring Windows Server 2012 R2 with SNMP?
We have set up SNMP and we do get reply when using the MIB brower, but do not get any monitoring of hardware (CPU, memory and disk). in the web-GUI. The only monitoring we get is Sys desc.
