Windows PMP Agent service not starting
Hi,
I have set up PMP and have it up and running. I have tried to remotely reset passwords but shortly after I receive an email notification that the password reset failed Please see attached.
However the agent is installed on the endpoint server but the service will not start as I received an error whenever I try to start the service. Please see attached
Looking at the logs, it says SSL connection failed:
PMP Logs : Agent started
IsValidCert() :The commonName is (WIN-PO3EQ7OF746) and the hostName is (ManageEngine)
