Windows Firewall Blocking Inventory Scan
What is the port that needs to be opened on Windows XP's firewall so ServiceDesk and scan the workstation successfully during a inventory scan?
Someone replied prior to another posting and the ports they suggested did not work and the inventory scan failed on the workstation.
Hopefully someone can answer back and help up out on this issue.
