Windows Authentication on MS SQL problem...

So I have downloaded a trialversion of Aplplicationmanager, installed it and started to create a monitorgroup with monitors. I intend to use it mainly for monitoring MS SQL 2K and 2005 servers.
When creating a monitor for MS SQL I am asked to submit a user and a password. It seems a MS SQL user is asked for, since 'sa' is pre-entered for me. However, all our MS SQL Servers are set to Windows Authentication. I see no option to use this, so it looks like this evaluation stops before started...

I do hope I miss something here; if only SQL Server Security can be used, then I believe this is not such a well-developed product... Again, hopefully I am wrong.
