I have a Windows 7 Prof machine that I added to Ops Manager for monitoring.

When ever I try to test the credentials, I encounter the following error message.

"WMI - Failed"

Failure reasons - Access is denied.

I have administrative access to the machine.

WMI service is already started on the machine.

this machine is not in my domain but DMZ segment.

the admin account is a local account.
