Noticed that there is a Service Desk Plus active icon in task bar on Windows 2003 server.

 

Not seeing Service Desk Plus active icon on Windows 2008 sp2 task bar

 

This is making it difficult to ensure that SDP service is running without having to manually go into the services option on the server to verify the service status.

 

Any thoughts?
