Windows 2000 Servers Not Monitored Correctly

Support,

I have been using OpManager for a while now, and i am very impressed with how well it monitors windows 2003. However its ability to monitor windows 2000 seems to be somewhat hampered. I am unable to correctly monitor any Windows 2000 servers. I continually get authentication errors even when i know 110% that the usernames and passwords are correct and so are the SNMP community strings.
Here is an example of an alarm i receive on one such box:

"AuthenticationFailure : .1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.2 RUKSRV3 Hardware: x86 Family 15 Model 2 Stepping 7 AT/AT COMPATIBLE - Software: Windows 2000 Version 5.0 (Build 2195 Uniprocessor "

A lot of my clients use Windows 2000 therefore it is essential that i should be able to monitor them. Please can you suggest reasons for why this keeps happening and how i can fix it and monitor Windows 2000 boxes correctly.

Thanks in Advance.

Simon Hebditch
