Windows 2000 pdf export

We had Netflow analyzer running on windows server 2003 and we could not use the pdf export feature. Support told us that it was a windows 2003 issue. So we backed up our Adventnet directory,blew away our installation of windows 2003 and installed windows server 2000. We then installed Netflow Analyzer again to the same location and then copied our backup over the top. However the pdf export option still does not work. We have tried IE6 and Mozilla Firefox 1 on the clients and no success in either.
All our data was restored and everything is working fine on windows 2000 except the pdf export. We just get an empty window.

Can support suggest anything?
