I'm new to ManageEngine so I might be missing something. We are trying to roll out Windows 11 in our company. I am using the Windows 11 Feature Pack Upgrade template.

This template works on desktops with no issues, but when it is run on a encrypted laptop we run into an issue after the reboot, the laptop says it has encountered an error and when you reboot it rolls back to Windows 10.

If I decrypt the laptop, it works perfectly. We've been able to do this type of upgrade in the past with PDQ.

Any ideas?
