window service monitoring
Hi,
I have been using your product for a few weeks and was monitoring some custom windows services without a problem. Whenever the services went down we were notified.
Now however the system only monitors if the system is none responsive. It doesn't seem to monitor any windows services, it doesn't change status in op manager and no email alerts. The notification profile is setup as far as i can see.
This product was great when it was working. i had plan of expanding it to all our servers and adding SMS notifications however unless it is 100% reliable, i can't justify it.
