Will the removal of Oracle Java from servers cause any issues with your programs.

In an environment where we are running Endpoint Central, ServiceDesk plus, OpManager and Event Log Analyzer on different servers, Java had been installed on the servers prior to the installation of your software. Will it affect your software if the stand-alone versions of Java is removed from the servers?
