I don't know about anyone else, but I am completely confused as to the usage of the 'Widgets' on the dashboard.

Where do I find new widgets to add? (My widget section is empty)

How do we create our own?

I figured it would be easier than this without having a seperate peice of software (ie, Desktop Central or OpManager).

Any help is appreciated as i'm at my wits end and about to throw the towel in on it (and yet another feature that is unable to be utilized)
