In this weekly series, we will take a look at how to use these options to create user accounts or identities, efficiently, quickly and easily.
For this week, let's walk you through customizing a user provisioning template.
1. Navigate to Management > User Management > User template> User Creation template.
To change the name of this tab, click on the edit icon located before the tab name or double click on the name of the tab and enter a new name.
To hide or delete the entire tab and all its fields from the help desk technician during user creation, click on the '-' icon or 'x' icon located beside the tab name.
Click on Configure Custom Attribute link to configure a custom attribute permanently in your Active Directory.
To add a custom attribute specifically for only one operation, click on Add Additional Attribute.
Select run script on creation option to run a custom script on creation of a user account.
