Why no translation?

Why isn't there a possibility to translate all text in the dropdown boxes in the "Request details" window (see attached picture)? It doesn't matter which language you choose, it's never translated. This problem was also in Build 7002.
Can't find any variables in the translation file for these entries.
Does anyone have a resolution for this problem?
