Why is responsive server marked as unavailable?
Opmanager has marked (for some days now) one of our servers as unavailable, but on the opmanager page for that server it states at the same time that:
Device Response Time: 1ms
Todays Packet Loss: 0%
Also the services the server provides show no interruption.
Why does OpManager think the server is unavailable, and how can I convince it otherwise?
Another server, with the same configuration as far as I can tell, does not show as unavailable.
