Why do my e-mail url's not show as a link?
Hi all,
I have just installed and am setting up Service Desk 5. I want technicians to see the URL of the case when notified. That works but the URL does not appear as a link in the mail, just as text.
I'm running Office 2003 with Exchange 2000. I can't see anywhere in the Admin of Service Desk that specifies to send as an HTML (if that's the issue).
Could really do with some help as without the URL, viewing cases is a real pain.
